The Weedmaps Terms of Use (the “Weedmaps Terms”), which can be found at https://weedmaps.com/legal/terms, and these WM Store Terms of Use (the “WM Store Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WM Store functionality provided via this Organic Goods Dispensary WM Store site, including any order functionality used by Organic Goods Dispensary and powered by Weedmaps (other than order functionality provided via weedmaps.com or the Weedmaps’ official iOS or Android applications) (the “WM Store Services”).

You understand that Organic Goods Dispensary may send you sales and marketing emails. You can opt-out of receiving Organic Goods Dispensary sales and marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. This will not affect subsequent subscriptions and, if your opt-out is limited to certain types of emails, the opt-out will be so limited. Organic Goods Dispensary reserves the right to send you emails relating to your Organic Goods Dispensary account or use of its services, such as administrative and service announcements, and these transactional account messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt-out from receiving Organic Goods Dispensary’s marketing emails.

You understand that Organic Goods Dispensary is not responsible for any texts or calls you receive from Weedmaps, and you explicitly disclaim any liability against Organic Goods Dispensary for any such texts or calls.
